Shipping
In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days. Orders are shipped from Chicago via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. All shipping charges are based on the total weight, dimension and destination as determined by the selected shipping carrier. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping. Expedited (2nd or Next Day) shipping can be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please email sales@artistsframe.com for a shipping quote.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason, it’s not what you had hoped orders may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Please email sales@artistsframe.com if you’d like to return or exchange anything and we’ll take care of you.
Returns should be undamaged and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Except in the case of damaged goods, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for returns for best tracking.
All discounted items are final sale.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment once the merchandise is received back in our facility.
