WHAT ARE WE DOING?
What safety precautions are you currently taking?
In both our retail showrooms and in our framing facility, all team members are wearing masks. All framing stations, plus our check-out counters, have been stocked with hand sanitizer and we’ve added plexiglass partitions.
What are your cleaning procedures?
All of our showrooms and our framing facility have been deep cleaned with additional sanitization stations placed throughout. Our design stations will be wiped down and our consultants are sanitizing and washing their hands between each client. We are also deep cleaning every evening and continually wiping down any high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
Are you doing installations?
Yes. Our installation team will arrive with masks, gloves and shoe covers when working in your space. We ask our customers to also wear a mask while we are working with you and to have everything ready to go so we can limit the amount of time we are in your personal spaces.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
What safety precautions are you asking customers to take?
For everyone’s safety, a mask is required for entry. Regardless of vaccination status, per CDC guidelines, please continue to wear a mask. If you do not have one we can provide one for you!
Do I have to come to one of the showrooms to frame something?
No! Check out our blog on how we’re doing virtual framing appointments. With contactless pick-up, we would be happy to pick up your art and schedule a FaceTime or virtual appointment for a framing consultant to walk you through the design process. From there, we can frame your art and deliver it back to you - all contact free. You can reach us at sales@artistsframe.com to arrange a virtual appointment.
What if I want to purchase photo frames, gallery frames or art but don’t want to come in?
No problem. You can purchase any of these items in our online store which we can ship to you or that you can get via contact free curbside pick-up.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Due to its tiny (but mighty) size, our River North location will be operating by appointment only for custom framing. Get in touch at rivernorth@artistsframe.com or call 312-755-2800 to reserve a time.
Thanks to our large showrooms in Lincoln Park and Highland Park, we will be ensuring that our spaces do not become overcrowded and that social distancing guidelines can be met. But if it would make you more comfortable to have a scheduled appointment or if you want to work with a particular framer, just drop us a line at sales@artistsframe.com.
